Deborah Tilby, a Victoria BC artist, paints the local landscape in oil beautifully capturing the light and colour in all seasons. She is represented in Victoria by the Avenue Gallery. She also accepts commissions for pet portraits. Dog portraits, cat portraits and horse portraits in oil. Deborah Tilby has many years experience teaching painting in oil and watercolour in classes and workshops all over lower Vancouver Island. Her teaching is now predominately through private lessons but she also teaches classes at the Coast Collective in Colwood.
